By placing an order with Your Wall Hates Me, you agree to the terms below.

Custom artwork orders are created based on the photo, details, and options provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing clear photos, accurate information, and any important instructions before work begins.

Final digital artwork files are included for personal use only unless otherwise approved in writing. Personal use includes gifting, displaying at home, and posting on personal social media.

Business use, resale, merchandise, advertising, album covers, logos, commercial printing, or bulk reproduction is not included unless separate approval or commercial licensing is provided.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order type, detail level, workload, revisions, printing, delivery, or shipping needs.

Limited revisions may be included before final delivery. Major changes, new poses, new outfits, new reference photos, or full redesigns may require an additional fee.

Your Wall Hates Me may refuse, cancel, or modify an order if the request is unclear, inappropriate, outside the available service options, or unable to be completed as requested.

All custom artwork remains subject to the return and refund policy.
